I spent a few days in Paris during a shopping trip for work. Here’s a few photos from my trip.
I got to watch the sunrise over the horizon as we flew east over the Atlantic.
We stayed at the Hotel Madison on Boulevard Stain-Germain. It’s walking distance to tons of little boutiques and restaurants and a short cab ride away from the Louvre and the Galeries Lafayette.
We passed by the Eiffel tower on our way back to the hotel from the Galeries Lafayette. It was all lit up and sparkling against the darkening evening sky.
The department store Le Bon Marche was also walking distance from our hotel.
A few other footwear and accessory boutiques worth visiting in the Boulevard Saint-Germain area were Moss (a great selection of designer shoes), Iris, Traffic Jam, Metal Pointus, Heschung (made in France), Sandro, Robert Clergerie, Petite Mendigote, Iro, and Minelli (less expensive shoes and bags).
Everywhere we walked, we passed little cafes that sold baguettes and ham and cheese sandwiches. I tried cured ham and swiss on a baguette and it was absolutely wonderful.
